Principle: A Lien or Claim Must Be Properly Resolved.

Legal Basis: Genesis 2-3; Matthew 4; Revelations.
Maxim of Law: “If the plaintiff does not prove his case, the defendant is absolved.”
Liens or claims against the Trust or its assets can only be resolved by:
Rebuttal: Point-by-point counter-affidavit addressing the claims.
Resolution by Jury: Fair and impartial adjudication.
Payment or Settlement: Voluntary or mandated fulfillment of the claim.
