5.2 Authority to Procure Assistance
The trustee is authorized to engage the services of professionals, advisors, or other parties deemed necessary to fulfill the trusts objectives. This includes, but is not limited to:
Legal Counsel: To ensure compliance with applicable laws and to provide guidance on legal matters relating to the trust.
Financial Advisors: To assist in investment decisions, evaluate asset performance, and maximize the growth of trust assets.
Administrative Support: To handle the day-to-day management of trust operations, including accounting, reporting, and correspondence.
Specialized Consultants: For purposes such as property management, blockchain asset security, or any other specialized needs required to advance the objectives of the trust.
The trustee retains full discretion to select and engage such parties, negotiate compensation, and terminate agreements as necessary, provided these actions are taken in good faith and align with the trusts best interests.
